One restaurant is located in the Greenville area, where a lot of street restaurant serving wide range of foods. Occupies a large area of land, it's comfort food we eat here is calculated by the owner.

Banana leaf-wrapped dishes are seasoned with a distinctive flavor. Feel? Not too spicy not too sweet, perfect on the tongue. Hmmm let alone a clear eggs at this meal cholesterol affairs forget ha ha ha.

This crab eggs so tempting taste with orange color stimulates the senses really pencecap to enjoy again and again. Crab meat is delicious, tender and tasty, of course. For the sauce is different from a simple choice is made from a mixture of chopped onions, chilies and soy sauce until the existing mango slices.

Smoke crab, wrapped in banana leaves, the same with smoked crab, grilled fish is equally tempting to the toel. Slowly but surely all the dishes out sliding into the stomach. This time the crab's curiosity will have much less completely smoke lunch this time for free or treated by an Indonesian culinary lovers. The Raja Ampat, or “Four Kings,” archipelago encompasses more than 9.8 million acres of land and sea off the northwestern tip of Indonesia’s West Papua Province. Located in the Coral Triangle, the heart of the world’s coral reef biodiversity, the seas around Raja Ampat possibly hold the richest variety of species in the world.

The area’s massive coral colonies show that its reefs are resistant to threats like coral bleaching and disease —threats that now jeopardize the survival of corals around the world. In addition, Raja Ampat’s strong ocean currents sweep coral larvae across the Indian and Pacific Oceans to replenish other reef ecosystems. Raja Ampat’s coral diversity, resilience to threats, and ability to replenish reefs make it a global priority for marine protection.

Survey Confirms Highest Marine Biodiversity on Earth

In 2002, The Nature Conservancy and its partners conducted a scientific survey of the Raja Ampat Islands to collect information on its marine ecosystems, mangroves, and forests. The survey brought Raja Ampat’s total number of confirmed corals to 537 species— an incredible 75% of all known coral species. In addition, 899 fish species were recorded, raising the known total for Raja Ampat to an amazing 1,074. On land, the survey found lush forests, rare plants, limestone outcroppings, and nesting beachesfor thousands of sea turtles.

Though human impacts here are less severe than elsewhere in Indonesia, Raja Ampat’s natural resources are endangered by over fishing and destructive fishing, turtle poaching, and unsustainable logging. The Indonesian government recently established Raja Ampat as a separate administrative unit, which will give communities a greater say in managing the natural resources upon which their livelihoods depend. This structure also offers an important opportunity to include conservation in the spatial planning of the newly formed local government.

Ensuring Conservation through Partnerships

To address these issues, the Conservancy launched a new project to protect Raja Ampat, working in close partnership with the government and communities to: 1) contribute to a comprehensive conservation action plan to protect Raja Ampat’s reefs and forests; 2) help incorporate marine protected area management into long-term planning and policy; and, 3) establish a network of marine protected areas for Raja Ampat.

The Conservancy’s ultimate goal is to protect Raja Ampat’s magnificent reefs while sustaining the livelihoods of local people. Raja Ampat includes the four large islands of Waigeo, Batanta, Salawati, and Misool, plus hundreds of smaller islands. The archipelago is part of an area known as the Bird’s Head functional seascape, which also contains Cenderawasih Bay, the largest marine national park in Indonesia.

The town of Senggigi spreads out along nearly 10 kilometers of coastal road. This road continues north to Bangsal, port for the Gili Islands. Along the way, a fantastic scenery of the north west coast of Lombok awaits. Most travelers start or end their stay at Senggigi because of the easy access to Mataram Airport and accommodations options are available to all budgets. If you are frugal or intrepid and take the slow ferry from Bali, it's best to arrange transport in advance from the ferry dock to Senggigi, since the dock on the Lombok side is in a remote spot several kilometers south of Mataram.

There are plenty of activities you can do to complete your holiday. Sightseeing or touring organized by reputable local tour operators is the best option to discover what Lombok has to offer. Renting a car or motor cycle is also good alternative to get around, either self-driving, or with a driver so you can relax and enjoy the view. Car rental in Lombok is more expensive than Bali. Tip driver pocket money for meals if you stop for lunch or diner. If you are pleased with service, tip the driver or local guide at the end. It is located in the center of the city of Yogyakarta or just Yogya as the local people call it. Karaton means a place where the Ratu-king lives, other word is Kedaton, with the same meaning. In the Javanese teachings, it has a deep philosophical meaning.

The architect designer of this palace was Sultan Hamengkubuwono I himself, who was also the founder of the kingdom of NGAYOGYAKARTA HADININGRAT. His skill in architecture was appreciated by the dutch scientist - DR. Pigeund and DR. Adam who adored him as " the architect of his brother-Pakubuwono II of Surakarta".

The first king moved to his huge and magnificent Karaton on October 7, 1756. Although there are some European style of some parts of the building, structurally this is the vivid example of Javanese palace architecture.

The 14.000 sq. m of the Karaton Yogya has deep philosophical meaning with all its building, courts, carving, trees, and location. This is a Karaton full of significant symbols of human life.

Usually visitors are coming from MALIOBORO STREET, southward through the Alun-alun (north square). In order to understand perfectly well the symbolic meaning of the Karaton, one should walk from south to north. Start from Krapyak, a village of about 3 km south of Karaton.

Reog Poinorogo is an dance art that still exist today and it became a debated topic some months ago. It claimed by Indonesia neighbor, Malaysia as the it’s creation, meanwhile it has been known that it originally art from indonesia.

Reog Ponorogo is a creation of Ponorogo people. You can see in portal of Ponorogo town there are two statues, Warok and Gemblak that become icon of reog Ponorogo. It has become an object that can invite tourist attention. As in reog show there are some attraction that folowed by all of dancer.

This traditional dance was created by Ki Ageng Kutu, a Politician in Majapahit Kingdom period. It used by Ki Ageng Kutu to give illusion for Majapahit King, Bra Kertabumi. Bra kertabumi was a king of Mojopahit who prefer his collegant from China that Ki Ageng Kutu. Meanwhile Ki Ageng Kutu predicted that because of Kertabumi collegat brough destroyment of Majapahit kingdom. Realize that Ki Ageng Kutu did not has enough soldier he created a dance that called Reog Ponorogo to give an illusion for Kertabumi king.

In Reog Ponorogo we can see lion head Mask which become Kertabumi icon. up oof this mask is placed many bristles as the icon of influence that was brough by Kertabumi Collegant. we also can see there are many Gemblak dancer ride horse icon accompany Warok.

One of challenge in Reog Ponorogo is the mask that used has weight till 50 kg and it is rise within teeth oonly. This mask is iKi Ageng Kutu icon.

To day This traditional dance can be found in some ceremony such marriage. Usually Reog ponorogo scenario is matched on the situation. When it held in marriage ceremony it containt of love scenario.

There are some part of dance, two opening dance one main dance. The first opening dance is carried out by 6-8 strong man with full black costum and red face. then second opening dance was carried out by Some girls. Then it continue with main dance.

This dance also has studied and show in some big countries in Europe. There are many tourist who come to see the beauty of this tourist object.

SEKATEN STORY

Sekaten ceremony starts on the 5th day of the Javanese month Maulud. People from Yogyakarta and villages around the city still believe that by celebrating Sekaten, particularly when listening to the sets of the Gamelan music, they will get rewards from the God Almighty, concerning their work, health and future. The first day of the ceremony starts at midnight with a procession of the royal servant, "abdi dalem" who walk in two rows bringing two sets of Gamelan named Kyai Nogowilogo and Kyai Gunturmadu. This procession leaves from the Ponconiti hall.

GAREBEG MAULUD
The climax of Sekaten ceremony is called Garebeg Maulud, held on 12th of the Javanese month Maulud. This festival starts by a parade of the Palace guard consisting ten units, namely; Wirobrojo, Daeng, Patangpuluh, Jogokaryo, Prawirotomo, Nyutro, Ketanggung, Mantrijero, Surokarso, and Bugis wearing their specific uniforms.

The parade starts from the yard of the northern Kemandungan of the palace, crosses the Sitihinggil, and the pagelaran to the northern square.

The Gunungan, made of food-like vegetables, peanuts, red peppers, eggs, and several delicacies from sticky rice. It is mountain shaped and symbolizes the prosperity and wealth of the Mataram's land.

World famous is the crater Toba Lake in the Batak highlands; approximately five hours drive from Medan. Toba Lake is the largest lake in South East Asia and also one of the most spectacular, surrounded by tall mountains and with the large island of Samosir in the middle. The origin of Tangkuban Perahu is related to the legend of Sangkuriang who fell in love with her mother, Dayang Sumbi. Knowing that sangkuriang is her son, Dayang Sumbi tried to defeat the marriage. She asked sangkuriang to make a ship as the condition of their marriage in a night. Knowing his failure in making a ship in one night, sangkuriang was angry and kick the unfinished ship. The ship fell down upside down and become a volcano called "Gunung tangkuban Perahu". Perahu, means ship.
